Which project are you most proud of?
It is hard to choose one particular project because every project brings you a different type of satisfaction. From my last projects I think Project 817 (VIVA) made me really proud. It was a project with a lot of challenges, but together with my team we have successfully done the job!

What do you like the most about working at the shipyard?
That it is not an easy job! We never get bored because every day new challenges are coming our way. Every day is different.
What is the most challenging part in your daily job?
As a craftsman working on a shipyard you continuously need to find new solutions for problems. You have to be 100% involved in what you are doing all the time.
Which skills do you need to have to be a successful craftsman in yacht-and shipbuilding?
In my opinion communication skills are one of the most important skills that you need, because together with your colleagues you can always make the best decisions.
