Which project are you most proud of?
Project 816 is the project that I am most proud of. This project is my first one here in the Netherlands and it is also the most beautiful and challenging project so far.

What do you like the most about working at the shipyard?
As a pipefitter I like working with all types of pipes like mapress, abs pipe and small hydraulics.
I am also skilled in making pressure tests on pipes. This is part of my daily job.
What is the most challenging part in your daily job?
Everyday is a new challenge, you constantly learn new tips and tricks about pipefitting.
Which skills do you need to be a successful craftsman in yacht and shipbuilding?
In the first place you need patience to understand and obtain knowledge about all systems on the ship. As a pipefitter you also need to be a good teamplayer with leading skills. And of course, you need to be a good technician to do this job and to get appreciation from your team.
